“We share exactly the same fear and disgust at the brutality that has unfolded, including the bombings of refugees fleeing the attacks,” Johnson said in a statement about the attack on the train station in eastern Ukraine, noting that Germany and Britain condemned the attack.
“Attacking civilians indiscriminately is a war crime, and crimes in Ukraine will not go unpunished,
” Johnson said of the attacks, adding that they “show the depths to which Putin’s once-vaunted army has sunk.”
